Prescott Writers: Creating Believable Characters in Your Writings

This is an in-person event and capacity is limited. Fully vaccinated staff may elect not to wear masks during programs. Face coverings for unvaccinated people are strongly advised. 

The program will also be available on Zoom. Registration is required. Registration will close at 5 pm on Monday July 26.

Kristen Kauffman will cover the tried and true methods she uses to create believable characters in her novels. She will discuss what works and what does not work when a writer infuses different characters into a work of fiction. Kristen is a professor of English and Creative Writing at Yavapai College, as well as a published author.

Prescott Writers is hosted by Central Arizona Writers and presented with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.
