Event Details

Water stewardship is crucial for creating a sustainable mining future. This presentation will focus on what water stewardship is, key frameworks, and project examples from industry leaders.

Barbaros Demircan is an Associate Consultant, Geologist with WSP Golder. Barbaros has worked on a variety of water stewardship, hydrogeological, geotechnical, and environmental projects in mining, energy, and transportation sectors. Barbaros holds a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and an M.S. in Geology from Northern Arizona University.

This is an in-person event with a Zoom option. Registration is required. Meeting rooms will have limited capacity and masks will be available.
