Get one-to-one homework help for your child with the library's new Homework Help service for youth in grades K-8! Local high school student volunteers will be available for 30-minute appointments at 4. 4:30, and 5 pm. Schedule an appointment at the Youth Desk or call 928.777.1537. 

Homework Help for Kids is available from 4-5:30 pm every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month in the Youth Area. 

This free service is presented in partnership with North Star Youth Partnership and its Peer Assistance & Leadership (PAL) program.

Inktastic Book Club

In the world of Witchlings by Claribel Ortega, young witchlings get placed in covens so they can grow into their full powers. 12-year-old Seven Salazar is excited to be placed in a coven with her best friend and become the amazing witch she believes herself to be.  Instead, to her horror, she is a spare, and along with a handful of other misfit spares they must complete the impossible task to ensure they are not stuck as witchlings forever!
